The Development Permit for Material Change of Use (MCU) – Marina (including Ancillary Activities) incorporates approval for: - 200 wet marina berths, comprising: - 100 wet berths for vessels 6–8 metres in length - 100 wet berths for vessels 8–10 metres in length - Dry storage for approximately 1,700 boats across six (6) purpose-built sheds - Retail components, including shops and kiosk - Clubhouse facilities - Undercover car parking Dedication of Public Open Space totalling approximately 22.5 hectares.
